Exhibit Hall - Annual Meeting

All exhibit booths will be in an assigned exhibit hall at the main meeting venue in San Francisco.

Each booth costs $2,495.

The booth fee includes:

  • 10 X 10 booth
  • 8′ high flameproof back wall drape and 33″ side drapes
  • 7″ X 44″ sign with company name and booth number
  • the exhibit hall is carpeted
  • one complimentary full registration per booth with access to all sessions and social functions (non-law school only)
  • unlimited number of “exhibits only” registrations for booth personnel and guests who are not faculty or staff of law schools
  • company name, booth number, hyperlink, contact information, 100-word description listed on the AALS website and mobile app
  • company name and booth number listed on the exhibit hall entrance.

In addition to the booth fee, please plan for associated costs such as insurance, shipping, furniture rental, electrical hookup, and AV.
